Weekly Tumbling: Led by highly skilled gymnasts, our weekly tumbling sessions ensure that athletes receive top-notch training.
Monthly Competitions: Say goodbye to surprise competitions! We host one competition per month, providing athletes with ample opportunities to elevate their skills and showcase their skills.
Anti-Bullying Policies: Our strict anti-bullying policies create a safe and inclusive environment where every athlete feels valued and supported.
No Favoritism: At CSA, fairness is our top priority. We hold a strict no-favoritism policy to ensure that every athlete receives equal opportunities to shine.

Practices:
(Will be structured)
Tiny Novice: 1.5 - 2 hour Sunday practices
Prep: 3.5-4 hour Sunday practices and will implement Mondays/Fridays as the season progresses
Elite: 4-hour Sunday practices and will implement Monday & Fridays as the season progresses
